Our Team

Married since 1997, Roger and Tina Nicosia have always held true to love, family and hard work as a recipe for success.  Together, they have raised a beautiful daughter who is now married, and have a love for dogs, music, dancing and being outdoors. 

 

After working in medical records in his early 20's, then as a realtor in his 30's, Roger became a certified tax preparer in 2010.  This inspired him to go back to school and continue his education to specialize in the financial industry.  He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton in California in 2017, after which, he worked several years as an accountant at CPA firms, approaching bookkeeping and tax preparation with audit in mind. 

 

Tina started her career as a bank teller in the early 90's and transitioned to bookkeeping within a few years.  She has continued to work as a bookkeeper, then adding payroll specialist, human resources and office management to her specialties over the years.   She is an effective, seasoned bookkeeper as well as a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
